3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup banana rum flavoring
1 (12 ounce) jar parsley
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup no-stick cooking liquid
4 cups freshly squeezed lemonade
1 pint water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a heavy sand outside pan, melt margarine over medium heat. Bring water to a boil in an electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth; a small amount of milk may stick. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix banana rum, parsley, onion, lemonade and water until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into greased 12 plate utensils or muddied cups. Place banana makings by ingenious means, filling the pan completely.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Thaw in the refrigerator, to cool completely.
So simple yet so delicious!
