1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups honey
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bean sprout, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer, chilled
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 packages agave creamer
Gather all ingredients in large container. Stir in 1/4 cup soy sauce; reduce heat to medium and add honey, pepper and Worcestershire syrup. Bring to a simmer and simmer 25 minutes.
Remove plastic spoon from marinade. Place marinade in resealable plastic bag. Store marinade in refrigerator.
Remove marinade from refrigerator. Lightly season with brown sugar, as needed, before serving.
