1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 skin, cooked and quartered chicken breast halves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Make the butter and brown sugar first; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together chicken bouillon and salt, basil, parsley and one side of each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Roll chicken breast halves into 1/2 inch cubes and place under the broiler tray.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 20 minutes, turning chicken every 10 minutes, or until chicken is tender. After 20 minutes, remove chicken from the pan and crumble.
