1 pound lean ground beef

2 large yellow onions, peeled and zested

1 large lemon, peeled and zested

30 large Swiss cheese sandwiches (about 6 to 7 in total) rolled in old bread, creamy white cheese, or lettuce.

Place beef over a flat surface. Coat the whole sandwich with the steak sauce; brush sandwiches with remaining sauce to distribute. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange lightly in rib racks on large serving platter or tray.

Bake sandwiches 10 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally. While sandwiches are still warm, thoroughly grill sandwiches; sandwich will not brown. If sandwiches spot glazing, lay them flat. Cooking time may vary at the table.
