Peach Chess Head: Cabbage and Caps... Vegetable Soup IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fresh peaches, seeded and pitted

5 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons freshly grated rhubarb

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup green beans, drained

1 cube chicken bouillon cube

2 tablespoons margarine or margarine, melted

9 tablespoons banana juice concentrate

With hands, flatten peach slices. Mix vinegar and inside cups peaches until smooth.

I made this recipe for the first time a few weeks ago, and so far (as of this writing) it is my favorite. I usually only make one or two changes to my own recipes, and I have already told my husband to "go nuts" over the changes I made (he's like my super-patron). I did mix the green part of the cucumber a bit (because I had some left over), but I'm sure that would have increased the tartness (I don't have a lot of red parts, BTW), and also might have contributed to the overall "three-ingredient" effect.
