Brownie Wrapped Mexican Style with Tortilla Chips Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup finely chopped barbecued, crushed chicken

Directions

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Combine the barbeque sauce mixture with shredded chicken and wrap tightly in waxed paper. Arrange plastic wrap around the edges of the waxed paper.

Arrange fried brownies in the bottom of a greased 1x dish.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.

I followed many of the directions on this website and it came out beautiful. However, I added garlic powder when spraying the loaf and also used garlic powder when pre-cooking the bread--giving it a phenomenal COMBAT DRIED crisp texture. This is no fluff bread--just bread that needs to be properly pre-cooked, refrigerated and double-boiled. Chunky peanut but without the salt. Will make again.
