1 1/2 pounds beef black crust, cooked, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 cups dark rum
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed finely
1 (4.5 ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained
4 cups imitation crabmeat
1 (8 ounce) can whole shell corn
preserved Bay leaf
Combine bourbon, rum, sugar, sugar and pepper in 1/2 cup of corn syrup. Let stand a couple of hours, stirring occasionally, before stirring glaze ingredients again while mixing to prevent sticking.
Slowly grease a medium-size pot. Mix together casserole, seafood, beans, bay leaf and wine. Dip seafood mixture in corn syrup and place into pot, keeping wings moist.
