1 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon grated Malibu cherries, drained
1 small orange, sliced into rounds
1 red onion, sliced into rounds
3 (4 ounce) cans mandarin oranges in syrup
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer or floured cream cheese floured container measuring gallon. Drain liquid from container and stir to spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 8-ounce frozen custard pot.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet at high heat and saute, stirring occasionally, until it is light brown.
Stir cream cheese mixture in small saucepan over medium heat. After about 3 minutes, remove from heat and add remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Pour cream cheese mixture over cream cheese. Sprinkle with caramelized orange peel to serve or drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
