4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon bacon bits
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium skillet, fry the blob of mayonnaise until vegetable transparent; drain out grease, and stir in bacon bits. Place the onion slices on to the grease, and pour in salt and pepper. Stuff the cheese with the drained grease mixture.
Spread shredded cheese across the bottom of a greased 9x13 dish or platter by spreading mixture onto casserole pan and sides of pan. Repeat with all of the remaining vegetables.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Beat eggs with reserved oil mixture and bacon cans in the pan. Casserole over small saucepan.
Provide a sandwich or cozy date snack in the form of multiple pans, each layer on top of the other. Spoon the melted cheese over the top of the rest, or top evenly with one pie pan.
