1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup peach schnapps
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large saucepan, combine white sugar, oil and pudding mix. Mix well, then pour over pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Pour frosting over pie and press edges of pie with knife. Frost edge of top and bottom crust with remaining frosting.
