Easy Apple Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (9 inch) prepared 1/2 inch tart shell

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup peach schnapps

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

In a large saucepan, combine white sugar, oil and pudding mix. Mix well, then pour over pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Pour frosting over pie and press edges of pie with knife. Frost edge of top and bottom crust with remaining frosting.

I really enjoyed this sauce. It was super easy to make and quick to prepare. I wasn't a fan of Szechuan cumin, but he left a really good flavor in this. I did like the cookie crust, however, and think it needed to be a little looser. Maybe next time I'll make the cookie mixture again.
