Bella's Paleo Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean beef brisket

1 onion, chopped

2 tablespoons celery seed

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried oreganol

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 teaspoon dried oregano

4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

2 cups shredded carrots

1 cup shredded broccoli

1 cup shredded cabbage

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

1 cup butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt the celery seed, onion and oregano in a large microwave-safe bowl, and mix well.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the celery seed, onion, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, and oregano; stir gently until all ingredients are well blended.

Return skillet to medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, carrots, cabbage, cheese, meat, broccoli, cabbage and ranch dressing. Bring to a slow boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Stir in the melted margarine, stirring constantly to bring consistency throughout. Bring mixture to a low boil, stirring constantly until liquid has been absorbed. Reduce heat to medium, and mix thoroughly.

Toss the beef mixture with the tomato sauce, carrot mixture, celery seed mixture, olive mixture, tomato sauce, carrots, celery seed mixture, olive mixture, tomato sauce and shredded cabbage. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until beef is tender and bubbly. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cabbage and serve.

I loved this!! It was simple and good. But be careful about the dressing - while it may seem appetizing, it really isn't. Expect more of these in the fridge!

This dish was amazing is the only reason I made it 4 stars it was a flat crust and the sauce didn't set up either so you have to turn the casserole sometimes to get it to do the round thing and then it takes forever to set it.
