1/2 cup halved white grapes
1/4 cup halved grape juice
2 tablespoons liquid smoke juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons beer
1/2 onion, sliced
8 ounces shredded lettuce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C).
Place grapes in a medium bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, and place on the bottom of a lightly greased 10 inch pie pan. Place the grape juice, alcohol, lemon juice, beer, onion and lettuce over the grapes. Seal bottoms tightly.
Bake at 450 degrees F (225 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
