2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper for garnish
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with generous serving napkins.
This is an excellent recipe--everyone at my table loved them and I really thought these were good. However, I added one pound of fresh cranberries instead of two and also added an egg to the filling (which I think worked). I could see adding sausage or bacon to this too.
