Good sample. I followed all the directions, HOWEVER, I didn't use melted butter because I didn�t have any at hand and didn�t want to pay $3.50 for the cost of a box of Fonteinens. Instead I omitted the salinity testing, just because I wasn't too sure how it would turn out. It seemed to be melting fast, and than because it was thin, it took less time to make. We were both pleasantly surprised!
