1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/3 cup diced onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
In a large bowl, mix beef, seeds, yellow cornmeal, whole wheat flour, baking powder, dill weed, onion and celery salt and pepper.
Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
