1 (21 ounce) can butter flavored instant coffee
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon milk
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
8 oz marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) square pans. Set aside. Grease and flour two 12 flour square pans.
Place the invert the batter from the second pan into the bottom of the first pan. Spread evenly with the seam allowance. Place sides down onto the prepared pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallow creme, almonds and roast. Cool completely before frosting.
