1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla pudding
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, stir together the chocolate pudding mix, milk, pulp sugar and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Stir in whipped cream and sugar. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost with whipped cream and chocolate frosting.
To make the frosting: In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding, whipped cream, 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Mix until smooth and store chilled.
To make the chocolate glaze: Melt 1 ounce butter or margarine in a large saucepan over low heat. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; stir until smooth. Spread over warm pie crust and sprinkle with whipped cream.
