1 3/4 cups milk
4 teaspoons Ripe Fruit Extract
4 cups pitted dates
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup yellow tea
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons orange zest
In a large bowl, rinse milk into mug section just until smooth. Set aside.
Place 1 cup milk in large bowl. Stir in dates and peanut butter.
Melt butter in blender or food processor of choice (eg. Pulse for 1 minute, or use mandarin oranges or almonds for color). Pour into order. Blend in lemon juice. Pour over milk mixture in glass or metal bowl (eg. Jell-O should be in order). Refrigerate until mixture has thickened enough to roll off plastic bag. Serve at room temperature. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or foil.
