4 drumsticks, short (8 inch)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
2 onions
2 yellow onions, diced
2 cups chili/sesame seeds
3 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh black olives
Combine three tablespoon oil, Italian-style seasoning, onions, yellow onions, carrots and cabbage in a bowl.
Heat oil mixture over high hot wood stove burner - pan or broiler.
Saute onions until nice and crisp. 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, brown in reserved bean liquid, puree over medium-high heat. Gradually stir in olive oil, fold all together and serve.
