Cooperative Spatarid Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons citrus zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup milk chocolate syrup (Walnuts or Crystal Craze Foods)

1 tablespoon rum flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

Combine the citrus zest, lemon zests, honey, milk chocolate and rum in large punch bowl. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Drape dessert over cold glass surface.

I submitted a rum recipe years ago and it was miserably bad. This is a big improvement. My recipe has changed a little but so have we. I added 2 tbsp. cream cheese and stirred it in at the end. My recipe calls for a rum sauce but I think I would have made enough for just one dish so I stuck with white instead. I served it with fresh asparagus and wild rice. It was yummy and reminiscent of old fashioned ice cream. I will make this time and time again.
