I am truly in love with this hearty blend of ingredients. It's so simple to make, and yet it produces so much delicious food. I always have on hand in the fridge so this is a must-have. I have added a few changes, such as using Light Philadelphia cream cheese, but other than that this recipe is solid gold.

These got very good reviews from people at other functions who wanted to try out my brand new product. I would say this is really good and very easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly adding orange zest and orange juice....and by the way–do not skip the cinnamon! I added fresh garlic cloves which I found during my travels. I have tried this recipe before and while it is easy to make, it took WAY too long to make. I will make this time and time again.

I modified it to be more like a cake. I put a heaping tsp of flour and cocoa powder next to each other. I put the egg white beaters in first, then the hot pinkie mix, then the dry mix. I also added 12 slices of banana to the center of each crust. It got really sticky, so I put the dry mixture in a cake pan, cake-style, and let it set. I then took the dry mix and put it in my electric mixer on low. (It looked like rain when it was done baking, so I mashed the banana to get it to work) I've made this for Mother's Day brunch and Christmas morning, and it was wonderful. I will make it again--possibly tomorrow! Thanks, my son is devouring it already!

Used strawberries and confectioners sugar. Didn't have nuts or chocolate chips. Just a simple but tasty pie. Kids loved it. Thanks!

Great recipe! Kids loved it! I did make some changes: whole wheat flour instead of all purpose, in the flour i.e. the white whole wheat flour (Blue much? The blue stuff that is used in bread making). Instead i.e. i put the flour right in the bowl with the mixer to get a nice fluffy batter. Then i.e. baked in a preheated 425 for about 40 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. The cake came out of the oven just as my kids were getting ready to eat it.
