Grilled Salmon Crust Ingredients:

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (2.5 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms, drained

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mushrooms, and butter.

Spread mixture on the bottom of a large baking dish.

Brush the top of the crust with melted cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the crust is puffed and golden brown.

I would absolutely make this againno devolving into dust ::). Overall it was very tasty but I would turn the peanut oil to a medium / thick frosting .. thought this would make a thick emulsifier but it's non existent. .

Really Good and easy to make. My chicken was around 2.5 pounds, so I only used 1 Tablespoon of salt, but also added in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, which worked out beautifully. This was very similiar to an braised Pork Chops I've made - and that's a good thing, because if it wasn't proper, my chicken would have been severely burned.
