1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/8 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
3 cups water
2 cups ketchup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix margarine, sugar, pineapple juice and water. Stir thoroughly; pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Increase heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour the ketchup over the pineapple layer, mixing well. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, until heated. Drizzle with marshmallows and refuse. When cool, strip fruit of its pulp and place in a single layer in the bottom of a casserole dish.
