4 (4 ounce) sheets Cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
3 teaspoons dried tarragon
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Spread cheese mixture over middle of each sheet of bacon. Roll sheets over and tie with twine or toothpicks. Place over prepared pan.
In a large bowl, combine soup mix, sage, tarragon, and sour cream. Mix well.
Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slices are well browned, flipped and puffed. Serve hot or cold.
