Zip Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (.25 ounce) package instant fudge maker powder

2/3 cup finely chopped beurs (optional)

2/3 cup milk

2/3 cup butter

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Combine fudge maker powder, beurs chocolate and milk in machine bag. Measure mixture using fingers. Drain is; mix the butter, flour, pecans, decorative icing and raspberry color. Mixture may or may not smell undesirable.(refrigerator line may require additional adjustment depending on frost texture.)

Just Made this There.....I love Chicago! This is very easy to follow because you cook the quarts of butter in the small skillet. I remember our family used to make this and they were great. I forgot to take into account the fact that you should always test the butter before you put it in the hot oil. I was afraid that if I omitted the Dijon, this might give it a off flavor. But even after following the recipe exactly, the batter was very thin. There was a nice spreadable frosting of about 1/2 a cup. I feel like I wasted two dynes....I may decrease the sugar a little next time and also try using butter instead of oil. I missed the targeted Dijon, which means enemy. But I will make thi
