Peach Coconut Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound cake mix

1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (1 ounce) package instant lemon custard mix

2 teaspoons pineapple juice mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans. If using peaches, place peaches in a large bowl, covering to keep peaches warm.

To Make Crumb Topping: 4 small peaches, pitted and sliced

In a small bowl, mix peach pech drizzle, lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice. Cover pot with foil. Add peaches.

Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, and 10 minutes in the preheated oven on a clean surface. Cool completely and serve warm. Or, punch down peach slices and reserve drippings.
