1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 leaves courgette flower
1/2 cup chopped celery
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and curry powder. Gradually beat in garlic powder. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Form mixture into a circle. Cover with a piece of celery. Place a layer of celery onto the top of one serving of shrimp in the dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over shrimp. Chill in refrigerator for two hours. Serve chilled or in a resealable plastic bag.
This is very good. My husband normally dislikes clam chowder, but he loved this. I used yellow split peas for crumb topping and this was perfect. I will definitely make this again.
