1 package dry bread stuffing
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup KRAFT BBQ Sauce
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 clove garlic, minced
2 apples, peeled and cored - pureed
2 (10 ounce) cans tomato paste
6 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat egg whites in medium bowl until foamy. One 1/2 cups dry mixture.
In a large bowl, mix flour, BBQ sauce, oil and Worcestershire sauce. Add garlic, apple, tomato paste and bacon. Mix until blended and dust evenly over pork roast.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 6 hours.
