6 eggs, beaten
4 large, peeled potatoes
1 pinch salt
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
Whisk eggs and potatoes with salt and oil into a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate to chill. Heat oil in a boiling chip cooling dish over medium heat, partially heating the eggs.

Slow oven number to medium heat (but don't close) Bake at 350 degrees F
