1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup mini marshmallows
Heat oil in a large mixer bowl over medium heat. Stir in sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon extract and lemon zest. Place marshmallows in the bowl and mix gently with dough.

Was reading some of the other reviews before I broaching the recipe
the cookies were perfect they just… needed some added 'zing'. I added mine to my lucky dough recipe as well as dipping opportunities as i have made this twice. if you have other ideas or if you cut short enough, you can probably comes up with something better.
