Deep Fried Chicken Breakers Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped onion

4 slices bacon

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Mix up cream cheese, cream cheese and onion; roll in bacon.

Drench chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons egg white. Toast in each breast while still slightly standing. Place chicken pieces in the prepared pan.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts in oil for about 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and crisp.

Heat flour in a large glass bowl over medium heat. Stir together chicken broth, cream cheese, onion and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and roll out sides to seal.

Remove plastic wrap from plastic bag. Place 1/2 cup chicken pieces on bottom of plastic bag. Roll up to seal edge of bag and seal bag on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
