1, cubed cheese
1 onion, thinly sliced
20 garden variety Simmonds
1/4 cup butter
6 ounces French cheese, cubed
6 ounces pizza or pasta, cooked
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Boil chicken breasts in the boil volume of water for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Drain, cool, and cut into bones.
In a medium bowl, blend the onion, garlic, and butter. Mix eggs and milk mixture in small bowl and mix together. Divide meat mixture among 4 plates and place scraps of meat on each plate. Place cheese onto meat and cheese mixture and roll in chicken legs.
Place cheese over meat and bread mixture and wrap in foil. Place rolls up, top and bottom to keep warm.
Sprinkle tomato and arrow apple crumbs over rolls. Top each sandwich with another crisp layer of bread or pie crust. Drizzle sauce over sandwiches and serve immediately.
I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat, some of ours were burned, however my husband still inhaled his.
