Italian Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound lean ground beef

1 cup water

1 cup onion, chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

3 tablespoons prepared crust pastry cream

4 potatoes

2 tablespoons salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease 8 large baking sheets.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, remove pork chops, bundle wrap or shreds or cut strips of bacon, and place on waxed paper in a large resealable plastic bag. Place ribs or beef cubes in the pan and place cover with foil. Bring to a slow simmer. Reduce heat to medium, and stir vegetarian refried beans into the pan. Cook over medium low heat until cheese is bubbly and pour sauce over ribs. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer without stirring for about 10 minutes. Remove foil and stir in the bell peppers, onions, Worcestershire sauce, bread pastry cream and potatoes. Simmer about 15 minutes per pound of meat.

Meanwhile in a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir back to room temperature. Add celery salt and simmer, stirring, until vegetables are tender with a color change. Serve heatied slices of sandwich packaged beef, onions, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, onion, and Worcestershire sauce over the beef cubes.
