1 pound lean beef
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. Mix in the beef bouillon, butter and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Shape mixture into a 2 1/2 inch round loaf pan.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Fry meat until it is browned. Remove from pan and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake to coat. Remove meat from pan and place on a large serving platter.
Frost ham with cheese, then top with Swiss cheese and cherry tomato slices. Season with Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate. Serve immediately.
