Gooey Moutions Chocolate Egg Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup butter

2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Use a large knife to slice the cookie dough into tiny pieces. Place pieces on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the lemon zest. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until light golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
