1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Separate the pecans into strips. Press pecans into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a rack.
To make the Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese, milk, eggs, vanilla and pecans in large bowl until smooth; beat with an electric mixer one minute at a time.
Roll each strip of pecans into a circle, folding in slightly. Fill the pie crust with cream cheese frosting. Chill in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
