Stuffed Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 large orange pepper, sliced

3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced

1 cup diced onions

1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal

1 cup dried oregano

1 oz. olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in pepper, orange pepper, tomatoes, onion, cornflakes cereal, oregano, olive oil, salt and garlic. Stirring constantly, cook until pepper is tender, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in basil and thyme, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in paprika, parsley, oregano and basil. Bring mixture to a simmer, and heat through.

I dont use garlic in the recipe but my brother has made me use garlic salt,umm.. i have added onion powder,went a little longer than the light brown stage as it says but kept it under 17 minutes.no way is this recipe making enough cookies but its a great starting point . use candied garlic for finisher.
