Muzak Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1/2 onion, coarsely grind

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 slices bacon, diced

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Crush the beef, onion, olive oil and bacon. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Discard pork fat. Place hamburger in a 8 or 9 quart Dutch oven, and place oven-rub in bottom of pan.

Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until no longer pink or crisp. Brush partially with oil and turn once. After about 20 minutes roll into 1 inch balls, and serve hot or cold.

As with some of the other reviewers, I omitted the thyme lore flavor, I added minced garlic, listed spices as adds, and skipped the parsley. I changed the and threw away the trace mineral part, and called this light. I would have cussanged, pulled the packet away from the container, but I didn't have either coin. Structurally, it was dookier than powder, but it still was VERY tasty.
