1 (18.75 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups margarine
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 (1 ounce) squares strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup cherry juice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 10 inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, cream cheese, sugar, oil and margarine. Stir until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares. frost with cherry juice, or ice cream topping.
