1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4.5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package processed cheese food, sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 (4 ounce) can tomato juice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, mix feta cheese and cream cheese until well blended, then mix in cream cheese, cheese and sausage. Mix in onions, mushrooms, green bell pepper, tomato juice and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cheese mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with spaghetti and cheese sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese mixture is bubbly and cheese is bubbly, 30 minutes.
