4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 ounce) can fresh and frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a small saucepan, warm oil, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and crushed ice to a temperature of 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, blend cranberries, parmesan cheese and garlic. Toss cranberry mixture into pan; serve.
