I am so excited! I remember my Mother (also of Norway) sending me this recipe many years ago when I was still in high school. I always have this sandwich in my Holomaru shopping cart, so I'm excited to try it again. My new favorite way to eat pork chops! Thanks for the recipe
I decided to make this dish tonight as I was having a hard time finding brownies. I searched for 40 minutes and it was very easy to make. I did not have any pecans in my fridge so I did not add them but I do have raisins. I would have thought they would be too bland so I would have added some extra sugar or milk powder. I did add coconut milk because I am lactose intolerant and it was the perfect amount. I will make this again.
