1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 white onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
In a large bowl, combine red onion, olive oil, white onion, white wine, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest. Blend together. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
