1 pound baby goblets
4 medium onions, sliced
1 medium head garlic, minced
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice top off of goblets. Peel tops off of eggs, and place in a large bowl. Mix together cream cheese, milk, oil, and parsley. Set aside.
Shape mixture into a 8x8 inch dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until bubbly in center.
