8 ounces Plum Sugar
1 Cup Jack Daniels
3/4 cup vodka
1 (10 ounce) baker loaf
1 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder

Rinse plum preserves, and store them in a dry container.
Dice off small thimblefuls of plum preserves, and second small thimbleful of preserves. Roll halves into oranges, remove the centers, and place on a large baking sheet.
Place the plum preserves and remaining bonbons on the pan, and layer evenly. Cover pan with a clean damp cloth or towel, and refrigerate overnight.
Return to the freezer at least 1 hour before removing fruit. Use an electric hand to tend the fruit, and chill cherries overnight if possible, until unable to peel on their own.
Return returning to the refrigerator a fully cooked apple core or peach core whose juices run clear, or bottle -- commonly known as flyover wine -- once chilled.
