1 (15 ounce) loaf white bread, defrosted
1 medium banana, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1 small lemon, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup water
3 teaspoons original vanilla extract
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 8 3-inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix the banana slices, lemon slices, margarine, and water. Butter the large cake pan. Place triangles onto both sides of the prepared baking pans. Spread peeps on top of each layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the bottoms are crisp. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before serving.
