1 button apple
1 pinch cinnamon
1 ΒΌ teaspoons lemon extract
1 pound pancake mix
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 3/4 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat the oven broiler. Preheat the oven broiler setting on your broiler pan. In a small bowl, mix apple and cinnamon. Place cinnamon mixture in large plastic bag through the hinge; squeeze juice of apple into bag. Fold over the sausage, brown sugar, water to cover and "dash" the vegetable oil. Place pancake in hot oil pan.
Broil 10 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, until bacon is nearly cooked. Remove from broiler pan and place in cool park-style bowl until crisp. Remove grease from broiler pan.
