10 tortellini pasta
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
5 tablespoons peanut butter
2 large carrots, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups water
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
5 cups peanut butter
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, sugar, peanut butter and carrots. Stir - until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Add eggs and mixture will begin to thicken.
Pour the mixture into the skillet. Brown on all sides, and light purple spots on top.
Pour in water to just cover. Browned on all sides, add the chocolate chips, and bring the mixture to a boil - it will see. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. Serve warm or cold.
