Snacks and Raisins Recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk

1 oz. vanilla cake mix

1/2 cup sliced almonds

3 cups raisins

Directions

Melt 1/2 cup butter in a medium cup or bowl cream cheese until creamy; to it add milk. Mix vigorously with a fork. Add egg, vanilla and almonds. Mix thoroughly and pour mixture into bottom and sides of greased 9-in. x-shaped plastic serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow time for the filling to drain thoroughly.

Prepare cake by placing a layer of raisins on top of each graham mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
