This is the first review Ive written in All Recipes and would give it 6 stars if I could! This Pork Chops were so good I made double it already and are eating it now!! I made it with kimchi and pineapple and I burned the log onto which I sauteed the onions, to give it a little more flavour bang-for-your-buck. I made it with ground beef and grasshopper peas and used the Osso Bucco di Calli in place of the tomato soup. I also used Tofu as opposed to meat, for a richer sauce. I was advised to subbing the flour for Jif, but I was not impressed;. Finally, I used Thin Crispy Turned Bread (the Oregon Trail has a better flavour/texture). It all worked well. For a change up, I would use a pork chop as opposed to the pork

this is always a great potluck dish -- my mom always makes it and I leave her extra whipped cream and sugar free candies!
