2 onion, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (6 ounce) can diced black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
water or KRAFT
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Place the onion and red pepper in the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from pan. When the onions are tender, stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, oregano, basil and water. Pour over pork, cover with skillet and simmer over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Just as described by others, too dry for meMy take: add 140-170C Winters day old raisins to taste and you've got yourself an easy one!
this is always a great potluck dish -- my mom always makes it and I leave her extra whipped cream and sugar free candies!
